Model GWS-6 Manual Repeated Bending Tester
Product introduction:
The metal wire rod repeated bending testing machine is manually operated, which is for the diameter Ф 1- Ф 6mm metal wire is used for left and right repeated bending test. It is used to test the performance and defects of metal wire under plastic deformation caused by repeated bending. It is mainly applicable to industrial and mining enterprises, iron and steel metallurgy, quality supervision and other departments with small inspection workload. Comply with the international standard ISO / DIS 7801-1983 repeated bending test of metal wire rod.
Performance characteristics:
The machine has the characteristics of compact structure, simple operation, low labor intensity, stable operation, simple and easy to learn and carry. It is especially suitable for incoming and outgoing inspection of raw materials and construction site
Note: when using, the clamping force shall be appropriate to avoid wire deformation or damage to the machine.
Operation method
1. The section of 200-250mm shall be cut off from the inspected metal wire for correction, and the wire surface shall not be damaged during straightening.
2. According to the wire diameter in the installation parameter table, select the arc radius r of the clamping block, the distance h from the top of the arc of the clamping piece to the bottom of the shift rod, and the pull rod hole D. the arc radius number is printed on the upper part of each pair of clamping pieces for selection. The distance h is obtained by adjusting the position of the shift rod through the three holes on the rocker arm, which are 35, 50, 75 The paddle hole D can be identified according to the numbers printed around the paddle.
3. There are four holes perpendicular to each other on the main shift rod. Adjust the direction of the shift rod to get the hole position you need. When using the hole at one end with thread, the shaft sleeve should be sleeved. When using the hole at the other end, the shaft sleeve should be removed to ensure that the wire is on the bending center line.
4. Place the rocker arm in the vertical position as the initial state of the test. First insert the sample into the hole of the bottom plate in the two clips, then vertically through the hole of the shift rod from the lower part of the shift rod, and then insert the upper collet to the top. Turn the handle of the upper collet to tighten the upper end of the wire rod.
5. Press down the upper chuck by hand for 15-25mm and hold it firmly (the distance between the thick wire rod should be longer so that the wire rod has a tensile force of about 15-25kg). Turn the main clamp handle to clamp the lower end of the wire rod and bend it.
6. During the bending test, a more uniform speed (about 1 time / s) shall be used
7. The bending count is to bend 90 degrees to the right from the starting position. The first time the sample returns to the starting position, and then bend 90 degrees to the left. The second time the sample returns to the starting position, and so on until the sample is broken. The last bending after the sample is broken is not counted.
8. After long-term use, the clamping block shall be replaced if there are signs of crushing on the arc surface of the clamping piece.
9. The oil cup and the place with relative lubrication shall be wiped with oil frequently to maintain lubrication.
