General introduction:

JR-6 metal wire winding testing machine is the latest development of a new generation product. The host machine is horizontal type, which consists of loading, transmission, winding, force, tracking, data acquisition and processing, LCD screen and other components etc. It is mainly used for the determination of the winding performance of the steel, copper, aluminum and its alloy wire with nominal diameter of Φ2-Φ6mm. The test method is to fix one end of the wire and the other end revolves around a rod with specified diameter to a specified turns to observe the defects on the surface etc.
