Usage:

This machine can do bending and re-bending test of steel bar at one time. The frame adopts horizontal structure design, with compact and beautiful structure and small floor area. The bending angle adopts digital setting and touch-screen operation, which is convenient and fast. The machine adopts two oil cylinders for hydraulic loading. The bending support roll is driven by two-way lead screw. The support roll advances and retreats synchronously to adjust the cold bending rolling distance. The pressure roll is installed on the piston for positive bending and reverse bending test of the sample. PLC is used to control the action direction and bending angle of the hydraulic cylinder to complete the forward and reverse test process at one time. The bending operation is simple and convenient, the work efficiency is high and the operation is stable; Bending sample has high precision and high speed.
