Applications:

Tensile sample edge grinder is a device which removes the working hardening zone of the tensile sample due to shearing or stamping according to the national standard GB/T228.1-2010 "Room Temperature Test Method for Tensile Testing of Metal Materials". The device is set according to the length of parallel part of the tensile sample Lc and the radius of transition arc r（r≥20mm）. The grinding length and the radius r of the supporting roll are in perfect agreement with the shape of the sample to be grinded, ensuring the processing accuracy of the sample and matching with the punching machine.
