NDW Series Computerized Torsion Testing Machine
Product Description
This computerized torsion testing machine is mainly used for torsion test of metal materials, non-metal materials, composite materials, and component parts. It adopts horizontal type load frame, high stiffness.
It uses high precision torque sensor to measure torque value, high precision torsion angle meter to measure torsion angle. Various control modes, computer real time display testing data and various testing curves. HP printer prints out the testing results.
Construction and working principle
The testing machine is composed of host machine, torsion angle measuring device, dedicated measuring system and computer. During the test, the computer sends instruct to the control unit, the latter drives the servo motor runs. Then, the moving grip will rotate along with the working of reducer. The sample will undertake a torque, while this torque can be transmitted to the fixed grip. The torque sensor detects this torque and sending signal to the amplifying circuit of control unit. After A/D converted, it is displayed by computer. The torque angle is measured by an optical encoder.
It is computer control English testing software, it supports torque control, torsion angle control, deformation, etc control. It can set testing speed and several control parameters, it real time display torque, yield torque, max. torque, torque strength, angle, torsion speed, etc. By adding torque deformation meter, it can also measure shear strength, shear modulus, non-proportional torsion stress, etc.
